I recently purchased a Audi from Tennessee and tried to get a online quote on shipping it back to California. Eamonn first contact me over the phone on a Friday and gave me a really appealing price comparing to other coming quotes. Since I have shipped my friends car to Pittsburgh, PA for around $1100 total so I feel like 750 is pretty fair so I signed over a contract, gave him the pickup, delivery info and paid for a $125 deposit. He promise the driver will be assigned in next 2-3 business days and will give me back drivers info. Then my wait began, the next Wednesday, I called Eamonn, his phone was not reachable so I dialed dispatch department instead and Rich took my call. He said the driver's info is not available now and will give me a call back after he look that up. Then I never received any call back. Then on Thursday, I called Eamonn again, this time took me 3 times to get him, he said driver will be there on Friday and will send me invoice Email with driver's info and so on. Then, never there was an email. Called again on Thursday night, Eammon not available, Rich replied then saying driver is going to arrive on Friday after around 2-4pm and their EMAIL SYSTEM WAS SURRFERING FROM SOME TECHICAL ISSUE so that he will need to send out the email later. Then, NEVER THERE WAS AN EMAIL. Wait till Friday afternoon, the seller told me they are going to leave at night and had me check on the driver's arrival ETA. Called Javo number, no one was picking up. On Friday night, some one finally picked up my call (names Derrick), saying it was snowing storm in their town (actually some snow showering based on forecast) so there was no one at office, and truck has some CHASSIS issue need repair and will be there picking up on Saturday morning. Guess what? No one was there last Saturday. I called Eamonn again on Sunday with no expectation of their picking up a call despite of their website saying they serve 24/7 (hilarious!!!) and left a voice mail stating if there is again no reply on this Monday I will need to cancel everything and find alternative arrangement. Monday - > Nothing. So I called my bank where they charged my credit card from for deposit saying i want to cancel the transaction for their delivery of no service. Bank helped me got contact of one of their payment manager, he was just so rude that the representative over the phone cannot even bear with him. This Tuesday, I got my $125 back from my lovely bank and already contact another company from my friend's recommendation, getting my car on this Thursday!
