do not use these people! very good at communicating to the point of getting your deposit then good luck. they picked up the car a day early without prior notoification. my contract clearly stated that the car had personal property that would be ok without additional fee. When the car was picked up they wouldnt take it unless the person that had the keys signed that there would be an additional charge of $100, Despite ATTEMPTING to contact Javo multiple time ... their phones didnt work, voice mail full or just disregard. NO one took responsiblity for the problem and just avoided any discussion. they were rude and disrespectful. i would never reccommend any business to these people
