We chose J&S Transport because they had great reviews and seemed to be more customer focused than the other auto shipper brokers online. We shipped our car from Redmond, OR to Philadelphia, PA. J&S didn’t have one of their own trucks for this route so they brokered it out to another company. However, even though they brokered it out, Craig was our single point of contact through the entire thing. He helped with every question, concern and his response time was nearly immediate. Overall it was a much easier experience than we anticipated.
