Overall customer service was awesome! Honest and prompt communication and always followed through with checking in. A range was provided for car pick-up and delivery but it turned out to be the exact dates that I had asked for. Would definitely recommend J&S Transportation!
Regarding car condition being dirty: A couple days being transported on the open road, it was not unexpected that it wold be dirty. Plus my car was on the bottom so the car above leaked some oil on it, nothing that a car wash didn't fix!
