Whatever you do, DO NOT use this sorry excuse for a business. My husband and I were in contact with James to ship my car from Vermont to Michigan because we are moving. We had a pick-up date set and they charged us a $175 deposit. The day that that the car was supposed to ship out, James began ignoring our calls. When he finally called me back, he gave me a BS story that was different than the one he told my husband. I found another number for them and called. I spoke to Alex, who was VERY unprofessional on the phone, and he said he’d give me a call back. Of course, he didn’t. They knew I was supposed to be moving and wouldn’t have a place to stay the next day if I had to cancel my flight to stay with my car and figure something out. They didn’t care. They still have yet to return our calls or return our deposit. My mother had to book a $450 flight to fly out to Vermont and drive back 12 hours with me. I also had to cancel my flight and lost the money on that as well. Times are especially tough now and these con artists don’t care who they hurt or that they’re stealing people’s hard earned money.
