Unbelievable lack of service and communication

This was the worst experience i have ever come across in shipping a vehicle, something i have done approx 5 times in the past 3 years!!! Scott arranged taking my order and deposit - which i was told you are not charged until the vehicle gets picked up!! PURE lie ! I was charged the same day the contract order was made- and i had to request a refund and cancel my order 9 days later because i kept being told vehilce will be picked up in a day or two, then something happened with the truck, then a new date was set. This went on for 9 days!!!!! Only i was the one following up constantly demanding answers. IF i was luck scott would respond back sometimes a day or two later. Once i demanded a refund i had to also beg for that to be processed which took 5 days - and scotts email was " Dont worry we dont need your money you will get your refund" However , why did they even take the deposit when they had never arranged a pick up for the vehicle? This goes against their policy on their website.
I proceeded to contact another trucking company State 2 State Auto transport and my vehicle was picked up the very next day.
Overall I would never recommend this company to anyone, and Scott was just so unpleasant to deal with and lacked communication skills. It was disappointing.
