A+ for outstanding Service! I would like to thank everyone involved in making my experience as positive as possible. After my car broke down on a recent trip to Texas, I was faced with the dilemma of how to get it home to Washington State. I called JMAC Auto Transport and was greeted by Lori who helped me through the entire process, she reassured me that my car would be well taken care of and treated me with kindness and respect. I called several times and she was always accessible. They did exactly what they told me they would do, get my car home safely. I would also like to personally thank David, the driver, for keeping me informed during the transport, delivering my car within 1/2 hour of the estimated time, and he had the car off the truck in minutes without a single scratch, how's that for service!
