Dear Corey and Jaime:

I wanted to take this opportunity to express a very short but sincere thank you for the excellent service I received in the recent transfer of my restored vintage Jaguar. For many people that I have known, the easy part of the restoration process was getting the car finished and the hard part was finding a safe, efficient and reliable transport. I can attest that my situation was the reverse.

Unfortunately I stumbled across an unreliable restoration company and was worried about them going out of business and wanted to get my car out of the shop immediately. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to all of your staff who assisted in making this happen. For dealing with a total stranger, as you did not know me, your people treated me like I was a relative. Your secretaries, dispatchers and especially your driver, Bear, literally bent over backwards to make sure I got this car. I cannot tell you how I am impressed with this level of service. Bear actually received several put-offs in an attempt to obtain the car and finally he sat out in front of the shop with his tow truck until the owner arrived which pretty much was the only way I could get the car. Being a business owner, I know the importance of polite employees and doing what it takes to get the job done and I commend your business on this situation.
