Manuel was a little late picking up, but he had so truck trouble and difficulty with some previous drop offs. That's the name of the game. I expected it so I was still happy. I scheduled the pick up early on purpose. Manuel was extremely polite and professional. I was told 7 - 10 days. He said it could be a little later. This was a 3200 mile transport a lot could happen so I wasn't concerned as long as the car arrived in one piece. JJs gave me Manuel's cell and he was always available for status updates. The car ended up arriving right on time even with the delayed pick up. A+. I would definitely book with this company again.
