Our family , did not used the service because of the value of our car and it did not make sense to transport the car. This was a new experience for us and we really didn't understand the process. Jim and the staff took the time out and explain everything that we needed to know from the quoting process,how to assess the best companies, pick up & delivery, to accommodating our shipping timeline.
