Very honest and upfront

I had about a 40 to 50 shipping brokers call me once I submitted a request for a quote on a couple of websites. It started to get ridiculous, my phone rang off the hook, I got text messages and their stories were all the same. Seems like a lot of drivers just happened to be in the extremely remote location of Custer South Dakota (deep in the mountains) and could pick up my vehicle tomorrow for a low price. I called a few of these companies back just to do the research and to try to figure out who may be legit. I was lucky enough to call Joanna at Ironclad Auto Transport and she immediately cut through the BS the other brokers were feeding me by giving me a quick lesson on how this business works. Basically, there is one master job board where brokers post transport requests. Drivers have access to this system and they route their trucks by stringing together as many loads as possible to best monetize their route. The better the pay for a pick up - the more likely you are to get your request filled. That's it - no mystery and certainly there are no huge deals to be had. Mileage and location are directly related to your final price for transport. I was really thankful for this upfront and honest approach by Joanna so I listed my vehicle pickup with her company. She was super friendly, shot me straight and responded to my text message questions right away. This was a great experience and I would totally recommend using Iron Clad Auto Transport. My 1966 VW Bug arrived five days later in perfect condition, delivered by a super nice driver and I was happy with the price. Yay!!! Call Joanna - she will take care of you. :)
