My dad moved to Hawaii and could not ship his old '67 Dodge pick up truck. It looks like an old beat up Mater truck but it has a lot of sentimental value to me. I initially contacted Dependable Auto Move LLC and spoke to Matt Santinello. He scheduled the pick up and the day came and went and no one showed up to pick up the truck. I called numerous times, my husband called numerous times and I emailed and received no response. I had no choice but to try to contact another broker. I called Ironclad frustrated and hopeless. Josh was a Godsend. He called me everyday to update the status of the situation. We finally got a driver to pick up the truck (it was difficult because my dad and I both live in rural areas). The driver was very professional. He kept in contact with me and even stayed on the phone with me as I walked him through how to get onto the property, where the keys were, etc. My dad had to leave for Hawaii and because Dependable Auto dropped the ball, there was no one there to help or give direction about the truck.The pick up and delivery were on the exact dates and times that I was given. I am more than pleased with the customer service I received from Ironclad Auto Transport! Josh gave exceptional service from start to finish, from the broker to the driver. I would highly recommend this company! You are getting what you pay for!
