I was wracking my brain trying to figure out how to get my car home after having an accident out of state. The insurance company wanted me to have it repaired there, then travel back to get the car. I wanted a trusted shop near home to do the work. Towing charges were $1200 - $1500. Someone suggested using an Auto Transport Company. After entering my information on line I received a plethora of emails and phone calls. I was struck by what appeared to be an up front email from Ironclad Auto Transporters. I contacted Joanna and she explained the entire process to me, so that I could explain it to the insurance company. Once we agreed that would be how we would get the car home, Joanna had a hauler for me in minutes, from the middle of nowhere Indiana. The hauler contacted me and requested to delay my delivery so he could get another car along the way, but was willing to pass on the extra money if I refused. Since it was the weekend, and the repair shop would be closed anyway, why not. Delivered exactly when he said it would be. I am thrilled.
