Pick up was fine, Driver stayed in contact. Delivery just a few hours late but driver went out of his way to make the delivery to meet my schedule and was right on time. Very satisfied Joanna was very good at getting the shipment for my requested price, and did it quickly, very good at explaining the whole process.
