ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY>

The ''broker'' Ana Garcia does nothing but sits in a cubicle all day emailing you back and forth with useless information onmy car that was never shipped. I originally signed a contract on November 22, 2010 to have my car picked up in the city of Chicago one week later. She informed me that my credit card on file would not be charged until 24 to 48 hours prior to pick up. Only then did my card get charged, even before a driver contacted me. And here it is December 3rd, 2010 and my car is still not picked up. When I email Ana about this problem she says it isnt hers anymore. That its ''customer service'' s. When you ask her how to get in touch with them she politely emails you that I may call customer service @ 305.... blah blah blah. Because it is an AUTOMATED ANSWEING MACHINE. I am filing a BBB claim against this company and highly advise that you do not use this company.

Kristin, We assigned a driver to pick up your car. After speaking with the 3rd party driver, he informed us that he called you and informed you that he would be there later that evening to pickup your vehicle. He then told us you called him back several hours later informing him that you would not be able to meet him until the next morning. The driver could not wait for you, subsequently we had to dispatch another truck. The second driver tried to reach you to inform you of the pickup and you could not be reached. We then offered to send a 3rd truck but you decided to cancel the services. We do not understand how all of this is our fault as our logistics services have been rendered. Our customer service group made SEVERAL attempts to reach you on the only phone number you provided for us to absolutely no avail. In all honesty we have made 2 attempts to pickup your car and we were not late for the pick up until today, which again was not our fault as the driver could not reach you. You were VERY difficult from the beginning, using profanity with Ms. Garcia who has done everything she could to assist you. We have processed the order cancellation and will give you a full refund on 12-6-2010. Marcus Goldberg General Manager
