Thanks again to the team at Intercede. I've used them multiple times before and there's a reason we keep coming back. My parents are snowbirds and don't have the patience for dealing with these kinds of things, so I told them I would handle getting their car to Florida and back each year. Did some research, read some reviews, called Intercede and the rest is history. I'm happy because my parents are happy and that's all that matters to me.
