Rick at intercede transport was a real pro from start to finish. I’ve shipped cars before and usually it’s a bit of a struggle. This time three different companies who were supposed to be the best in the business completely wasted my time. It is clear I should have read the reviews more carefully because even though some of these companies have 4 1/2 - 5 stars, Most of them still have many, many bad reviews and if I had read them more thoroughly to begin with, I would not of chosen anyone of them. When I got to intercede however they also had five stars but no bad reviews. Now that is saying something to me. Rick was very thorough in going over each step of the way and explain to me early on that it could be difficult because of the size of the vehicle. He is the only one that told me that out of multiple companies, he is the only one. And once he got involved it took him only 5 days to find the right carrier. I was more than a little surprised because I had already waited over four weeks. It is very clear to me who I will be calling on my next purchase if I need to move it.
