My wife and I had no idea that shipping a vehicle was supposed to be so stressful. Fortunately we saw no evidence of that because my wife had the good sense to call this company. After the initial phone calls and emails we decided to wait and then check out some of the companies that gave the best prices. Intercede was the last of many companies we spoke with. We knew that we were going with Kyle right away. Honestly this is how we thought it should go before we put in the request and started getting all these emails and phone calls saying not to trust anyone but them and every company will try to rip us off. I mean it was completely out of control. Then we spoke with Kyle and we felt like he was more interested in making sure we understood the process and had an easy time and we did. I will call this company again.
