Interamerican Auto Transport is a less than company. I called and scheduled a car pick up with Doug Jenkins. My vehicle was to be picked up July 5, but it never happened. Every time I attempted to call Doug, it went to voice mail but I was unable to leave a message. When he finally did answer, it was the same message he had given me prior "you are my priority for today and i will call you as soon as I get more details". The call never came. I called them and cancelled using them and even followed up with an email. I tried to contract a different company to which they informed me I was being "held hostage" by Interamerican. This new company even attempted to call Interamerican and were told I was under contract with them. I NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACT! In my final attempt to be released, I called, emailed and am now at my wits end because another company will not assist me until I get released from Interamerican. This is UNFAIR and UNJUST! Anyone thinking of using this company, DON'T! Think twice as they are unprofessional and unethical in their business. Interamerican, if you cannot assist me, answer my calls/emails and simply release me from being affiliated with your company.
