It took a little longer than expected and cost a few dollars more in the end but it was all worth it to surprise my boyfriend with getting his truck that we had to leave behind when we moved from Folly Beach SC to NC. We live in a small town not on a regular highway route so I understood the delay in getting a carrier to deliver. Carlos helped me even during his time of being sick himself and having his grandfather in the hospital. In fact in the end the delay worked out to be perfect timing as it was delivered right before Valentines day and was a great surprise gift to my boyfriend. All companies have issues and no one is perfect. Things happen and we are all human and the end result is what I focus on. Customer communication is also important and Carlos kept in touch with me the whole time either via email or phone and was apologetic when a delay or something came up. I am satisfied with the service and would recommend them to transport.
