Called Sergio to have my car transported from California to Texas. Was told to deposit 200.00 to start the deal. Gave him 200.00 would not return the call after he got the money. Called back to ask for more money a day before to transport the car on Friday instead of Saturday like we agreed. I said no, we could transport the car on Saturday. Never showed up to pick up the car on Saturday. Called for a week before I was able to talk to him. Stated he would talk to the manager (Sergio is the owner) about a refund. Almost a month later no refund. I will file a complaint with the BBB along with filing a small claim in Florida were he resides. I will be monitoring this site for more dissatisfied customers against this company. I will contact the individuals and move forward with a class action suit on behalf of all the people involved.
