I had no idea how to ship a car. When I got a few quotes online, I did not understand the whole broker to carrier setup. I asked him why such a low price. His answer was "We're going from wv to ia, not alaska." Was quoted for $300. Every broker/carrier I contacted after this said it was on the national list @ $600, in which Serge had lied from the getgo. Now even at 600 no one is going to take this route, so my car would have been sitting for even months. Well i sent $100 deposit thinking everythings legit. Turns out no car shipped, no phone call, no email, nothing! I contacted him multiple times finally i got fed up and terminated his services, but I think he will not refund the deposit.
