I found the company through another website and had been going through other brokers to find someone that could pick up my truck from VA and get it to my house in NY for a reasonable price and hadn't been able to lock down a driver with the original company and had a TERRIBLE experience with them. But with a lot more knowledge and less than 48 hours before I needed the truck to be picked up I got into contact with Nick and he posted my truck and it was only AFTER he locked down the driver that he took his fee and he made sure that I got the quoted price even by discounting his fee to ensure I didn't have to pay more than I was quoted. I was paranoid as it was an over 50,000 dollar truck being transported by people that I didn't know and I wouldn't be there when it was loaded. The driver never contacted me until he was on his way but Nick was there to play middle man and make sure the company knew it had to be picked up before the dealership closed. Although the driver didn't pick up the vehicle when he said he was nor called to make sure it was ready for pick up causing confusion at the dealership the transaction was successful and I received my truck 24 hours later. Nick was a great down to earth honest individual and I would recommend going through his brokerage company to ensure great and honest customer service.
