They were good at responding at the beginning, though could never give me any confident answers. Then one day - poof - they stopped responding to emails. I called and left messages and got nothing back. Then their voicemail would say "we're closed due to a family emergency" so either this is a family run business or a single person, or that's a bogus excuse. Either way, they vanished off the face of the earth with no notification to their customers. UShip is currently investigating them and refunded everyone's money.

Avoid at all costs.
