Hi this review will be a little lengthy but it will save you in the long run from going what me and my daughter went through with this company. First of all the review that is on here before mine is totally accuritie down to a science. They were on time picking up my daughters vehicle but the driver wasnt good about communicating and letting my daughter know what was going on with her car! What should of taken four days took 8 and we didnt get the truck until that morning at 1:30am. The driver said he had alot of problems with the truck that he was driving but for a while he wouldnt return my daughters calls to inform her of that! We had to call his boss the first person we spoke to was Steve he didnt return the phone call and let us know where the driver Rick was with the truck! So then we spoke to John he was very helpful and he got down to the bottom of the matter after that Rick vennea the driver contacted us on a regular basis and went on and delivered the truck to us. This should not have taken so long and at best what the driver should of done was called and let my daughter know what was going on at all times after all this was her property and all of her belongings were in there for her and her baby. I would not use this company again or recommend it to anyone else.
