Terrible Customer Service

Ashley provided one of the lowest quotes I received and after speaking with her I submitted an order and paid a deposit, which I learned later was actually the broker fee. I submitted the order on Tuesday and then didn't hear anything. I finally contacted Ashley on Saturday and was told the car would be picked up on Monday. Monday came and I didn't hear anything, so I contact ed Ashley and was told the carrier was running late and to stand by because I would receive a call about an hour before pick up. Carrier never showed up, nor did I hear anything from Ashley. I called Ashley on Tuesday as my car was still in California and I was flying out that afternoon. Ashley said she would call the carrier and call me right back. I received an email more than an hour later saying my money would be refunded. I tried repeatedly to reach Ashley over the next couple of hours by both phone and email, but was unable to get any sort of answer from her. It has been almost two weeks and since my money was never refunded I have had to contact my credit card company to try and get my money back. I would NEVER recommend this company. It created nothing but unneeded stress prior to my move
