Great Service even though my car was damaged.

My car was timely picked up and delivered. The main reason I may not use this company again is when it arrived I noticed my alignment was severely off. It makes my car quite unpleasant to drive now. The alignment isn't checked before being shipped so there's nothing I can do but to go get it repaired myself.

Other than that they gave were very nice and punctual with the transport!

We assigned a carrier within days and I think our company deserved more then 3 stars on this review. Sorry to hear about the allignment issue but I can't see how the truck could have caused it. The only time your car was driven, was on and off of the truck by the driver. If any damage occured during the transport the driver and our company should have notified immediately.
