I used Ideal Auto Transport after comparing prices and reviews from this website. Nicole provided excellent customer service. Her quote was not the cheapest initially, but she honored the cheapest quote I had received in order to obtain my business. I was very flexible with pick up and delivery options, therefore, I do feel that the time from pick up and delivery were delayed. This was not a problem. Both pickup and delivery transactions went well. My only complaint would be not being told exactly when to expect delivery of the vehicle. This falls under the responsibility of the carrier. I even tried to call the carrier directly. The company was Overnight Transport. I left a message, but did not receive a phone call. The vehicle was delivered the very next day after my phone call. Nicole was a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. THis was not my first experience with auto transport. I have used this site in the past and have been very pleased by choosing companies with excellent reviews.
