I took my time researching carriers to ship a 1991 Jag Convertible to my father-in-law from California to Minnesota. From all the reviews of companies out there, I thought this was a sleezy business and didn't have high expectations. What a pleasant surprise Ideal was!

They picked up the Jag early and the driver was very knowledgable. He had concerns about a few small tears on the fabric roof which was being transported on an open carrier and expressed his concerns upfront. I was not present at pickup but a friend was there. The driver insisted on talking to us before taking the car to let us know the possibiliy that the tears may progress on the road trip with the strong winds. We advised him to take the car anyways. Without us asking, he found the cover we had stored in the trunk and put it on the car and positioned the car where it had the most protection on the carrier from the winds. During the cross country trip, I contacted the driver to let him know that the car was being delivered to my elderly father-in-law. He was so kind and let me know that the car was in good shape.

The car was actually delivered a day earlier than expected which thrilled my father-in-law. I was really impressed with the service we received and would not hesitate to use Ideal again in the future if the need should arise.
