I just want to thank Joanna @ ICAT Auto Shipping LLC for the incredible, friendly, and efficient service provided. Back in January I was stranded in South Carolina due to the break down of my vehicle and desperately needed an auto hauler to get my vehicle back to Arizona. I called a few companies and the next thing I knew I had approximately 30 emails promising me they could deliver my vehicle all @ different prices ranging from $800 to over $3000 dollars with no explanation of how, when, or who I would be dealing with.. Most of the emails and eventually phone calls and texts were extremely frustrating and mostly a hassle, many speaking broken English, from all parts of the US according to their area codes. At long last I was somehow was lucky enough to be in contact with Joanna. I explained I had never done this before and she proceeded to explain how shipping worked through consolidators as well has how and why I had been getting all the emails, texts, and phone calls. All of this without asking for my business. After all her help I felt very comfortable with Joanna and asked if she would please arrange transport for my vehicle. She worked to get me the best price and explained the timing, price variations and timing. From that point on she was in constant contact with me, making sure the transport went as I we agreed. Joanna stayed in contact with me and made sure everything was going as planned. I met the transport driver @ a prearranged area and watched my vehicle put on the carrier. The driver was friendly and efficient and I felt very comfortable about the shipment and the timing. 6 days later my vehicle showed up as planned, the driver was paid and I was now in possession of my vehicle, without damage!
