Car was never picked up/ Lack of communication

Placed an order on Mar 28th for my car to be picked up Apr 6. It's now Apr 15th and car was never picked up so I canceled the order. It was very easy to get a hold of Scott when placing the order but virtually impossible to afterwards. He never responded to my voicemails and only sometimes responding to emails. He did not keep me in the loop at all with what was going on even though he knew I was moving from NJ to CA. I'm now in CA and my car still isn't here. I emailed him once last time today asking what was happening and he said he couldn't find a carrier and that I could either cancel the order or increase the price. If I hadn't emailed him today who knows when I would ever get any communication from the company.

All in all - car was never picked up, communication was horrible and I had to cancel the order and place it with a company more reputable.

Well unfortunately we have not been able to locate a carrier at the standard rate as quoted. As everyone knows fuel prices continue to rise and this changes the prices carriers need almost daily. We communicated quite a bit via email and I have answered every email sent to me from her. I did advise her that at this point after it has taken 2 week to find a carrier that obviously the price isn't correct and it needs to be adjusted. Pretty standard practice. We don't want loads sitting on the board so an increase is necessary. We wouldn't have made any more money on the load and were only make $50 on it to begin with.
