Excellent customer service. I emailed Scott and he emailed me back in a few minutes to give me a pick up date. The driver picked up the car on the set date and my car arrived on time in Washington. I am very pleased with the swiftness of their service. My husband is in the army and I have shipped his car twice. I had bad experiences with other auto transport carriers before. The first one picked up the car too early so my husband didn't have a car to use in the remaining days before his deployment. The second one took two weeks to schedule a pick up date and two weeks to have the car delivered so he had to rent a car for weeks. Aside from that, they increased the price to $200. IQ transport took minutes to schedule a pick up date!!! And the price quote was one of the lowest I got! I will definitely use IQ tranport again if the need arises. Thank you Scott!
