Was contracted to deliver in 72 hours, waited all day on day of delivery and I called them at approx 1530 to inquire and was told delivery was delayed 4 additional days. Customer service rep was short / rude, would not provide a name / employee number or reference, disinterested in their lack f support; probable language barrier as customer service rep was heavily accented and kept using the same phrases regardless of context.
-more than double the contracted transportation time.
-no outreach to let me know of delay.
-unwilling to provide contact information / reference information.
