I want to recommend IK Transportation, Inc. of Westfield, MA for the excellent service we have just experienced from them. We knew the Christmas holidays would be a busy time of year to have the car sent. However, our son's work in California depends on having a reliable vehicle at all times and we needed to get this car to him right away. When we finally were put in touch with IK Transportation by NA Car Shipping of North Hollywood, CA, I couldn't believe how quickly we were given service. The brand new car was picked up the next day after we arranged with NA Car Shipping in CA. The driver from IK Transportation of MA, Tony, called us the night before pick up with an approximate time he would be at our house. He said he would have no trouble coming right to our door, and sure enough, he did just that. The next day he called in the morning with a more specific time of arrival , between 2:00 and 2:30 PM, and Tony pulled his rig up across from our house at 2:40. I had been concerned that he would find it difficult to navigate our neighborhood but he said it was no problem. In about ten minutes, our car was on board, and the next thing I knew, Tony was pulling away. That was Tuesday afternoon, just before 3:00PM. The car was delivered just as promised by IK Transportation about halfway through the trip, by 9:00 AM Los Angeles time on the following Saturday. That was less than four days from the time the car left us. Tony drove the car to my son's home since his street is narrow. Aside from some travel dirt, understandable after a cross-country trip in the middle of winter, the car was fine.We want it to be known that not only did Tony deliver the car safe and sound and in record time(in our opinion), but he was polite, friendly and cheerful at both ends of the trip. I don't know how we could be more pleased with this service.
