Terrible Experience

Shipped 2 vehicles from NH to CA. One was a brand new Jeep. We had it detailed a week before it shipped and when it arrived in CA it had mud all over it. Not just a little muddy water, big chunks of mud that had been flung on the hood, fenders, tires, windows etc. Someone obviously took the Jeep 4 wheeling before it was loaded on the 2nd truck. This sucked but not the end of the world. However, instead of removing it like they're suppose to, the driver bent the antenna over and jammed it in the door. Over 3000 miles it wore through the paint and into the metal on both the door, pillar and cut into the rubber gasket. Brand new vehicle. Other then that, both vehicles appeared okay. When the driver asked us to sign off on the paperwork, we refused to sign. Rather then actually checking out the vehicles, they indicated (on the paperwork) that there were 50ish scratches, dents/dings etc on both vehicles before shipping. This was completely bogus so we refused to sign. His response was bullying us to sign and that he would load the cars back up and hold them until we signed. Been working on getting reimbursed for repairs for almost 3 months. Mikes reply is that we just need to use a little touch up paint.
