We had an issue with the credit card company which we had a terminal through. They changed carriers and some of our customers were charged twice. However, as soon as we found out about it, we contacted the company and they reversed the charges. The customers they didn't refund immediately, I personally refunded the money to the customer and waited to get my money back from the Credit Card company. This is why we no longer accept credit cards, we only accept payments through pay-pal in order to prevent this from happening. I don't think it would ever happen again, but, I am not going to take the chance. I would like to personally apologize to those few customers that had a bad experience with my company and can assure any new customers, we are a very reputible company and have taken extreme security measures. The satisfied customers outnumber the others by far.
