Hurst was a total disappointment, I booked with them on July 1, 2005 and was promised pick up in 3 to 14 days. I was not in a hurry so this was fine. I called and emailed to follow up and they just kept promising that the transport would come through. They also charged my credit card $200 for their fees. Finally on August 8, 2005 I cancelled since I had already booked with another agent. They acknowledged but have yet to credit my money.

They are not pleasent to deal with and advertise things they can't deliver. Do NOT USE HURST!!
