Company is not a broker, which was important to me. They were very responsive - answered all my questions when i called, and replied to emails within a couple of days. Did not low ball me and then try to jack up price later.
Very flexible pickup and drop-off times. I was flying into the pickup point to prep the car for shipment and only had a three day window. Other companies wanted at least a week wide window. Horseless simply said "ok, we'll make it happen".
They kept in contact with me while en route. When came time to deliver they arrived within ten minutes of scheduled time. No damage whatsoever. Total time from pickup to delivery was five days. They could have delivered earlier but i was not able to receive the car at that time.
The driver is very experienced, knows his cars (especially where to place tie downs so as to not damage the car), is well groomed, and took the time to answer all my questions. The enclosed trailer was in very good repair and the interior immaculate! Looks just like the kind of trailer the Nascar teams use.
Judged by cost alone, Horseless was not the least expensive. But as the best value for the dollar?... well, next time i move a car, it'll be by Horseless.
