Pick up was within the specified time variation as was delivery. The driver was courteous and knowledgeable about his job. The whole experience was pleasant although a bit of a Texas Sweat. We contracted one week prior to pick up; there was really no interest until two days prior. To his credit, Phil described exactly what would happen. We are very pleased with the overall experience.
