I recently used Horizon Auto Transport out of Tampa, FL to ship my 2011 Volkswagen Jetta from Boston, MA to Dallas, TX.

Although I was immediately bombarded by many different companies with quotes for the shipment of my car, I chose to work with Gregg White of Horizon Auto Transport because unlike the other companies I spoke to, he was honest and up front right from the beginning. He urged me to be cautious of companies that would offer dirt cheap rates and charge security deposits that sometimes end up in your credit/debit card being charged and no one ever showing up to pick up your vehicle. Horizon did not charge a security deposit and refused to even take my credit card information until a driver was secured for my transport.

Gregg was extremely knowledgable about the industry as a whole and answered every question that my boyfriend and I could think to ask (and trust that was a lot of questions!!) He was very clear about the process and was very forthcoming with all information regarding the shipment of my car. My original quote was $800 but after not receiving any calls on the shipment of my vehicle I increased to $900 which was the max Gregg said that I would have to pay. I highly recommend Horizon Auto Transport to anyone looking to ship their vehicle and have a worry free experience.
