Honest and excellent service

This is not my first time shipping cars. The previous carrier/booker quoted me one price and upon delivery the driver advised the price was $200 more!!! So I knew when I needed to ship my cars again I would be more vigilant in making sure the same bait-n-switch would not happen.

My initial contact with Meghan White it was positive. She answered the phone!! While the others I tried to contact only sent me to voicemail. Once I provided her with the particulars she immediately went to work. She called me back when she said and communicated via email when needed. When I learned there would be a change in the shipping of the second car, she actively worked hard on trying to keep cost to the initial quoted amount.

In the end, the change in cost was small considering I changed the destination of one of the cars.

I would certainly work with Meghan White and Horizon Auto Transport. Why not, work with a company who really delivers quality service and excellent customer service?!
