I called Karen in a panic as the other carrier had not called to advise of car pick up as stated. Karen, very calm & professional, stated she thought she could get it picked maybe today or tomorrow. She called back with in 30 minutes and had a driver call me ASAP to schedule pickup of car in DownTown Los Angles. He called for pickup of car the next morning, what a load off, I had only 2 days left to have car hauled back to WA. I was moving my daughter back home after completing school in LA, we had only 3 days to vacate apt. Thanks to Karen & her knowledge of transporting cars it all worked out PERFECT. I took only 3 days to get from Los Angeles to Issaquah, WA, now that is service. I called driver on his cell phone 2 times to check status of car and he always answered promptly and udated me with time to dropoff, excellent service again. The car arrived in excellent condition an EXCELLENT JOB DONE!
