This was my first experience in dealing with an auto transport company. My son was reporting to his new duty station in Charleston,SC and was unable to drive his car. After speaking with several different brokers I decide to go with Capt. Mark, Honest Auto Movers. Mark explained the process quite well and patiently answered all my questions. During this process I made several calls to Mark that were either answered immediately or within 2 minutes of leaving a message. I felt like Mark stayed actively engaged in the entire process keeping me informed at all times. My sons car was picked up early and delivered within 2 days. Mark even went the extra mile and made arrangements with a local car dealership to accept delivery because my son was unable to leave his station. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mark for any future transports.
