I HIGHLY recommend Captain Mark and Honest Auto Movers. My son was involved in an automobile accident during his move from New Mexico to Vancouver, WA. His vehicle was totaled, and it was important for me to transport a vehicle to him. Never having ever transported a car before, I was extremely nervous about doing so. I was bombarded with e-mails from brokers wanting to transport my vehicle, and I wondered how I was ever going to pick one. Captain Mark explained the procedures of transporting a vehicle and gained my trust. I had to temporarily cancel my initial transport date. Therefore, since my transport wasn’t rescheduled until right before Christmas, and many truckers were unavailable for the move (or raised their prices higher than normal), Captain Mark had his job cut out for him. He worked diligently to find a driver for each of the two legs of the move. No matter how many calls I placed to him, he always answered them. No matter how many texts I placed, he responded within a matter of minutes. We had a few hiccups along the way, which delayed transport but, ultimately, Captain Mark was successful in safely getting delivery of my vehicle to my son. I would not hesitate to use his services again in the future.
