Holy cow. I really cannot thank Capt. Mark enough for the miracle he was able to pull off. After being totally ripped off by a disreputable company, my trust in auto movers was less than zero. I was offered a job halfway across the country and own a less-than-stellar vehicle, once which I knew wouldn't make the drive. I went with the cheapest company I could find and boy, was that wrong! I ended up being car-less for over two weeks and had to borrow a vehicle from my landlord. After being so upset and hurt and betrayed by a company that had stolen $150 from me, I set out to find other brokers who may be worth a shot. Capt. Mark contacted me and was EXTREMELY HONEST about my situation and the difficulties that my new location presented. In less than a week, he found a driver who was willing to stop at the closest big city, with the promise that an agreed upon, safe, drop-off location would be given. Well, the next day, he called again, saying that the driver wouldn't stop in that city and would only come to me for the higher quote (we had previously discussed it and I decided it was cheaper for me to drive). Instead of leaving me hanging, Capt. Mark called the auto moving company RIGHT THEN, and did I group call so I was a part of it. The driver agreed to go with a cost between the two amounts, and that was that. I honestly wish there was more I could do than just write a review- Capt. Mark was awesome, took all my calls (no matter what was going on!!), and answered all my questions. I would recommend Honest Auto Movers to anyone and if I ever am in the same boat again, I know who I'd call in heartbeat!
