Wasted My Time - Never Moved Truck

I reached this company by going on line and requesting quotes through a service. When Isabela/Marie emailed me she quoted me $975.00. This was on May 21, 2011. I called her and she advised that to get the truck picked up faster I should raise the price offered to $1025.00. Since I needed the truck to MD ASAP I agreed to offer more. On May 26, 2011, when I had not heard from her I emailed her asking about the status. She emailed me back May 27, 2011, advising me to call her for the schedule. She had my phone number but chose to email me rather than call me. Because of the time difference I was unable to call her by that time. When I did call I reached her voice mail. I left a message. Several hours later I called and left another message. I might add that her direct number and the toll free number both are directed to her voice mail. I called a third time and the recording stated the mailbox was full and could not receive messages. I never received a call from her so I called the next morning. I was able to leave a message which means she got my messages from the day before but did not bother to call me. I left another message. By Tuesday, May 31, 2011, I still had not heard back from her so I started looking for another carrier. I also called her again but blocked my phone number. She answered and said that she was busy as so many people had called out today due to the holiday. She promised to call me back. After waiting four hours I called again, blocking my number. When she heard my voice she hung up on me. She has not called me back as of this writing. I found out that because she had listed my truck on the central board no other broker could help me. I called and left one final message...she no longer represented me. I would be stupid to deal with a company where the communication had already broken down to this level. She has cost me 5 days that my truck could have been in route. I also found out that while she requested a larger amount from me to "entice" the carrier she had left the bid on the board at $925.00.
Doing business like this I have to say, the company will not be in business for long.
