Lesson Learned Too Late

On December 6, 2007 contacted Highline Transport for a motorcycle pickup and delivery. Paul Chambers gladly took my payment information that evening. The next week, I "tried" to contact Highline Transport to change the pickup date by one day later. I received a recording saying they were closed until January 2, 2008. My pickup date was supposed to be December 28th. When I emailed Highline Transport about my concerns I received a reply "We are working on it". After the phone number for Highline Transport was disconnected, I hired another transport company to take care of the job. I have also emailed Highline Transport requesting a full refund. I have not received it. This company was just out to get the money and not give good customer service. Or in my case, no service at all.

Highline is no longer in business. We charged all credit cards back before selling our shares.
