Disappointing Outcome

After I dropped my car off, either a high-end employee or a transit driver spilled an unknown liquid on my carseat, which over the course of the cross country trip became absorbed in the seat material, molded and began to smell rancid. I promptly reported this to High End. They followed up and were pleasant enough, but ultimately their response was both to pass the buck to the carrier they contracted my car to and ask me - "how do we know you did not do this?"

I have multiple cars, and was able to leave the vehicle damaged by High End or their contractor at a detail shop for *ten days* in an attempt to get fixed. This failed and I now need to replace the seat cushion in my car.

Unfortunately, I am (was) a repeat customer of this agency. This level of treatment was very disappointing, and frustrates the purpose of doing repeat business.
