While there was some miscommunication between ourselves and the actual drivers involved in the transfer which could have ended up with a late pick up, John Anthony from Heartland made himself immediately available to handle any bump in the road and kept the pick up on track. He couldn't have been more concerned about our needs being met and our family feels complete trust in using his company again.
