Do NOT use Heartland Trucking. Our contract states that our Motorcycle would be shipped Enclosed. Our first conversation with John Anthony sounded good. He stated that all motorcycles shipped by his company are Enclosed, that the drivers are 'in house', and that the trucks used are Heartland's. He assured me, when asked, that this load would not be 'brokered out'. The facts are, the trucker who brought our motorcycle to us had found the load on a general freight load board, it was not listed as Enclosed carriage, and the trucker had no prior dealings with John Anthony or Heartland. Our motorcycle arrived IN THE BED OF A PICKUP TRUCK, had been exposed to bad weather from AZ to GA, and we had to assist the driver in unloading the bike down a narrow, steep ramp.

Dear Nancy, I am personally outraged with that particular driver. We have reported him to the national load board in efforts to eliminate this type of dishonest drivers. I spoke with that driver myself in order to dispatch your order and he promised us it would be fully hard sided enclosed and would be taken care of with pristine care. I understand your disappointment but please understand that there are very, very rare circumstances which place out company in the worst possible position. Here we are with our first negative review while the actual hauler who was dishonest gets off without any punishment. Please consider removing this review as we did act as honest as possible on our end. We never charged your card until a dispatch and the transport did not cost more than you were initially quoted. I personally do not feel a 0 Star review is warranted not deserved. Please, I ask you on this Thanksgiving day, to reconsider your evaluation of output group as every single other review reflects our daily activities. Thank you Nancy, and may you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
